United StatesColor match good but doesn’t seem to bind to the gray well
I love the color match. I found that a mix of light brown and auburn creates a more natural look. However, the gray area seem to be difficult to get the color to bind well and seems to rinse out with water only rinse. I’ve tried extending the time of treatment from 15 to 20, 25 and even 30 min without noticeable change. I’ve used the including binding solution as well. Any other suggestions?
