Enrollment and Communication:

By creating an account on truesons.com, you are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program, True Points Rewards. As a member of True Points, you consent to receive communication from truesons.com, including but not limited to monthly statements, transactional emails, and promotional offers.

Earning True Points:

You will automatically start earning True Points on all purchases as long as you are logged into your account during checkout. Please note that True Points will not be retroactively applied to purchases made before the launch of the program on 7/20/2023. Your True Points will expire 12 months after your last online order on truesons.com, or if you haven't placed an order yet, from the date of your account creation.

Levels and Membership:

Currently, there is only one level available (True Explorer). In the near future, additional levels will be introduced, determined by the dollar amount you spend annually through your account. To ensure proper tracking of your purchases, please use the email registered to your account during checkout.

Pending Points:

There is a 15-day processing period for converting dollars spent into True Points. During this time, your True Points status will be shown as "pending."

Returns and Order Cancellations:

Upon returning an item or canceling an order, the True Points earned on the products returned will be deducted from your account.

Referral Program:

When a friend makes an eligible purchase, there is a 15-day delay in converting the dollars spent into True Points. During this period, the status of your True Points will be shown as "pending." If your friend cancels or returns their order, the pending True Points will be removed from your account.

Points Transfer:

True Points earned cannot be transferred to another account.

Account Corrections:

True Sons reserves the right to correct and remove any credits that were incorrectly or accidentally added to your account without prior notice.

Account Closure:

True Sons reserves the right to close your account or the loyalty program at any time with prior notice to you. We may immediately suspend, terminate, or limit your access to and use of truesons.com and your account if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity and/or breach of these terms and conditions.
