Managing Your True Sons Subscription Plan
We want to make it easy for you to manage your True Sons subscription plan.
Here are the steps you need to follow to make any changes:
Step 1:
Log in to your True Sons account at https://truesons.com/account/login. If you're unable to log in, let us know, and we'll resend your account registration email.
Step 2:
Select "Manage Your Subscription" to see your current plan and available options for editing.
Step 3:
Check your order date. You can adjust your delivery to suit your usage and preferences. Any changes you make will affect all future orders according to the frequency of your subscription.
Step 4:
Update the shipping and billing addresses to ensure that your products arrive at the right place.
* Edits made today will not affect orders charged and already in processing. So do that with a couple of days in advance.
Step 5:
Update your payment information if necessary.
Step 6:
Modify the products in your subscription. You can update the quantity, swap products, and add new ones to your future orders
Step 7:
Check your Order History to review details of previous shipments.
Step 8:
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so in the account page, but feel free to reach out to our support team first. We won't allow users to pause their plans moving forward, but we'll do our best to keep you in the True Sons family by suggesting alternative solutions.
